The ambiance of the setting and the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lamb dinner was of low quality. There was hardly any meat; all fat and grizzle.

Located amidst picturesque vineyards, this hotel offers a tranquil setting for sightseeing in Verona. The rooms, with their comfortable beds and marble bathrooms, provide a luxurious stay. The friendly staff and helpful service ensure a pleasant experience. Enjoy the inviting pool surrounded by lush lawns and vineyards. Indulge in delicious meals at the onsite restaurant or explore the nearby restaurants in Verona. The light and airy dining area enhance the breakfast experience.
The lack of a shuttle service or affordable transportation options to Verona can be inconvenient for guests, especially after performances or during peak taxi demand times.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. the food was very tasty, with a diverse range of local specialities and accompanying wine. the impeccable service complemented the charming atmosphere and made us feel welcome.
The overpriced wine dampened our experience, making it hard to enjoy the food to the fullest. the rooms lacked the high-end details that we expected from a luxury hotel, leaving us a bit underwhelmed.

We enjoyed the excellent service, food, and wine selection. The hotel facilities were beautiful, including the outdoor dining area, magnificent pool, and antique rooms with big bathrooms and delicious bedding. The staff were always attentive and provided fresh towels every night. We appreciated the location close to both the city center of Verona and the surrounding vineyards, as well as the option to relax in the garden with a drink before dinner.
Was all great.

We had a lovely Easter break at this hotel. The complementary Easter eggs and chocolates in our room were a nice touch, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and diverse. The location, near the wine region, was perfect for tasting local wines. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax and escape the intermittent April rain.
We did encounter some issues during our stay. The staff was somewhat unresponsive to our requests and seemed uninterested in providing service.

My friends and I recently decided to take a relaxing trip to a luxurious hotel located between the vineyards near a charming city. the hotel itself is stunning, decorated with antique furnishings and located in a serene environment. We were impressed by the modern and clean bathrooms, comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms, and professional and courteous service provided. the breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with fresh juices, pastries and local cheeses. we enjoyed the beautiful pool and gardens during our visit.
We did find the cancellation policy to be quite restrictive, which made it difficult to plan our trip accordingly.

The service at this historic hotel was outstanding and the gourmet food offered in the restaurant was exceptional. The staff was always kind and accommodating and we particularly enjoyed the wine tasting in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions and the hotel's interior design was tasteful and well maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
The high price of the room and meals left us feeling that the hotel was overpriced. our GPS had trouble finding the hotel in the dark and rain, so a detailed map or GPS coordinates are recommended.
